Delete your Daflo account

How to request deletion

Email nexche@gmail.com from the Google account used with Daflo. Include that account’s email address and write “Delete my Daflo account” in your message.

If you cannot access that email account, write from another address and tell us the Google account email previously used with Daflo. We may ask for enough information to verify the request before deleting data.

What will be deleted

After the request is verified, the Daflo account will be deleted from Firebase Authentication and its Daflo cloud records will be removed from Firebase Cloud Firestore. This includes synced habits, templates, journal entries, moods, notes, and settings associated with that account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is not deleted

• Your Google account is not deleted.
• Journal data stored locally on your device is not removed by a cloud deletion request. Delete the app or clear its local data if you also want to remove that copy.
• CSV files or other copies you exported or shared are outside Daflo’s control; delete them from the apps or services where you saved them.
